《性感炮弹飞车》是一部极具挑战性的电影，讲述了一场惊险刺激的车辆竞赛之旅。从东京出发，途经仙台、青森，最终抵达札幌。在三辆汽车和两辆摩托车的陪伴下，选手们进行着比赛，同时利用各种手段如拨打电话交友线路、约会、各类交友网站，追捕当地的素人并与之发生关系！这场名为《电讯交友大炮飞车》的AV最快、最强冠军争夺赛自5年前闭幕后再次拉开序幕
比赛的选手包括前作《2009》中的无驾照冠军*“Bebop” Minoru和著名的搭档拍摄队长*“Company” Matsuo，还有老练的美食达人*“Bakushi” Yamashita。此外，新加入的选手有来自Hama Gym的成熟女性杀手*“Turtle” Imada，同样来自Hama Gym的变态小头目Yanai Kazuyuki，以及h.m.p的贵公子“Arashiyama” Michiru等三名新鲜面孔。共有六位选手参赛，他们将进行1500公里的全程旅程，一周的时间内进行艰苦的比赛。
Sexy Cannonball Run is a challenging film about a thrilling vehicular race ride. Starting from Tokyo, passing through Sendai, Aomori, and finally arriving in Sapporo.
