The film Joan of Arc tells the story of Joanna (Orsolya Tóth), a beautiful girl born in Hungary. She once lost her way at a fork in the road of her life, fell into the quagmire of drugs, and couldn't extricate herself. With her craving for drugs far outstripping her financial means, Joanna began to try some crooked ways to satisfy her craving. During a hospital exercise, Joanna sneaks into a pharmacy to steal medication, only to slip into a coma from an overdose

Fortunately, a doctor who happened to pass by saved Joanna from life and death. What is even more surprising is that the kind doctor decided to keep Joanna working in the hospital, so she became a nurse. Soon, however, Joanna discovered that she had a different approach to treatment. She found that those patients who were dying and hopeless, as long as they had sex with her, they would miraculously recover.

This healing method brought amazing results, which made Joanna feel puzzled and confused about her special ability. She began to wonder if this healing had anything to do with her sexuality. Although she helped many patients in her own way, this way also made her fall into a moral and ethical contradiction. Joanna began to reflect on her behavior and tried to find a more appropriate way to help the patient.
