The Charmed Season 1 is a reboot of the hit WB series of the same name, written by Jane the Virgin writers Jessica O’Toole and Amy Rardin. Set in modern times, the show follows three sisters Macy, Mel and Madison who live in a college town and discover they are witches.

Macy is played by Madeleine Mantock, a pragmatist, driven and talented geneticist. But when she discovered the real existence of supernatural power, her eyes were wide open, and she even possessed telekinetic power. Mel is played by Melonie Diaz, a passionate, outspoken activist. The death of her mother left her disoriented, but she gained the ability to stop time. Madison, played by Sarah Jeffery, is the youngest of the three sisters, a college freshman. She worries that witchcraft will prevent her from joining the fraternity, but she has the ability to read minds.

Rupert Evans plays the handsome and flamboyant professor Harry, who is also the "Whitelighter" of the three witch sisters. In the parent series, the "Whitelighter" is a sort of guardian angel who guides the witches. Ser'Darius Blain plays Galvin, an ideal boyfriend with a mature sense of humor. He moved to a new place for the ideal of his girlfriend Macy, and also worked as a film producer. Although he had ambitions, he didn't find a good time.

In addition, there is Charlie Gillespie as Brian, Madison's high school boyfriend, although he still likes Madison very much;

"The First Season of Charmed" is based on the mysterious and phantom magic elements, showing the special relationship between the three sisters and the story of growing together.
