"How to Train Your Dragon 2" is an animated adventure film produced by DreamWorks Animation, directed by Dean DeBlois, Jay Baruchel, Cate Blanchett, America Ferrera, Gerard Butler and other joint voices. The film was released in the United States on June 13, 2014

The story of the film is adapted from a children's book written by British female writer Cressida Cowell. It tells the story of a brave young Viking warrior, Hiccup, who befriends a wounded dragon, and they embark on an adventurous journey. But soon, they realized that a war was brewing that would endanger their own clan. In order to defend their homeland, Hiccup and the dragon stood up together and led the clan to a fierce battle. In the process, Hiccup gradually grows into a brave leader, learns how to protect his family and friends, and finally wins.

In the animated film How to Train Your Dragon 2, young Viking warrior Hiccup and a wounded dragon become friends. Five years have passed, and the residents of Berk Island have fully integrated into the life of peaceful coexistence with dragons. However, growing up also means taking on more responsibility. In order to find the answer, Hiccup and his loyal dragon partner Toothless started their adventure, but the result was unexpected. On the one hand, Hiccup discovers that the mysterious dragon trainer is actually his biological mother Volka who has been missing for many years. On the other hand, the power-hungry Drago teamed up with the dragon hunter Ereter, threatening the peace between humans and dragons on Berk Island.
