The movie "Swinging Heart" tells the story of a girl named Misaki (Sato Sao) who, because of her unyielding personality, finds it difficult to easily compromise. She works at a trading company in the restaurant business, and her senior colleague Rinko (Haruna Yabuki) asks her to be a wedding planner. Although Misaki accepted the request, she was troubled by the people around her, especially her bosses who made unreasonable demands

Misaki has experienced many challenges and difficulties in her work. She felt swayed and unable to truly let go and stand by her principles. She began to doubt her abilities and worth, feeling lost and depressed.

However, at this moment, a mysterious man appeared in front of Misaki. He gave her some encouragement and inspiration, and asked her to re-examine her mentality and behavior. With his wisdom and life experience, this man helps Misaki realize the importance of growth and self-improvement. He taught her to learn to stand up for her principles while also learning to cooperate and compromise with others.
