徐大富是一位无良地产商为了将所有的住户全部清走，实现自己的商业计划，开展了一系列的邪恶行动。聘请了许多社会上的无良人员在楼房的周围扮演鬼怪，并且无时无刻的给钉子户实施一下压力，不仅断水断电，更是不断的恐吓他们，想让他们赶紧搬走。徐天宇是徐大富的儿子，为了将仅剩的4户钉子户全部赶走，使出了浑身解数，更是亲自参与到了扮鬼的行动当中。
