这部电影主要讲述一对如胶似漆的热恋情侣白灵和卫军，从马来西亚云顶高原赌场娱乐后出来，阴差阳错的入住了著名的猛鬼酒店“彩云阁”，起初百灵并不想住在这里，心里总是有所担心，但是小军却是满不在乎，认为这都是酒店吸引顾客的噱头，然而接下来两人却接二连三的在酒店中遇到各种诡异的事情，终于，接近崩溃的两人在半夜时分还是选择了驾车逃离，早已被女鬼怨念锁定的两人，究竟是成功的逃出生天，还是沦为女鬼的食粮。
