在电影《中毒》中，浩真（李臬饰）和恩淑（李美妍饰）是一对过着幸福日子的夫妻。浩真还有一个热爱赛车的弟弟大真（李秉宪饰）。一天，大真参加赛车比赛时，浩真前往赛场观看，但意外发生了，两人在不同的地方同时遭遇了车祸
当大真首先醒来时，一连串奇怪的事情发生了。大真竟然完全变成了浩真，包括性格、举止、谈话和回忆，仿佛浩真的灵魂附着在了他身上。而浩真仍然处于昏迷状态中，恩淑感到困惑和惊讶，对大真的变化感到非常奇怪，但她逐渐开始相信某种超自然的存在，并逐渐接受大真变成了丈夫浩真。

In the movie "Poisoned", Ho Jin (played by Lee Yeol) and Eun Sook (played by Lee Mi Yeon) are a couple living a happy life. Haozhen also has a younger brother Dazhen (played by Lee Byung-hyun) who loves racing. One day, when Dazhen was participating in a racing competition, Haozhen went to watch the race, but an accident happened, and the two were involved in a car accident at different places at the same time
When Dazhen first woke up, a series of strange things happened. Dazhen turned into Haozhen completely, including character, behavior, conversation and memories, as if Haozhen's soul was attached to him. While Haozhen is still in a coma, Eun Sook is confused and surprised, and feels very strange about Dazhen's change, but she gradually begins to believe in some kind of supernatural existence, and gradually accepts that Dazhen has become her husband Haozhen.
