《毒海风云》是张杰指导的一部动作类缉毒电影。这部电影主要讲述的是在某一个城市中突然出现了纯度极高拥有极大危害性的新型毒品。作为侦查大队副队长的男主，为了打探毒品的生产运输线，独自潜入到瘾君子群中和毒贩周旋混战。在即将收网的时候却被困在毒品制作工厂中，生死危在旦夕。
